A private marketplace where verified property developers meet licensed realtors across Saudi Arabia — with every commission shown upfront, before anyone commits to anything.
In Saudi real estate, the commission split is usually the last thing anyone tells you and the first thing that kills a deal. Realtors chase listings without knowing what they pay; developers field enquiries from agents they cannot verify.
A containerised stack: a frontend served by its own container, a separate backend API, PostgreSQL for the core data, Redis for sessions and queues, and RustFS handling object storage for listing media. Everything sits behind Apache with TLS on a single VPS.
Verification flows for both sides — developers prove their projects, realtors prove their licence. Listings carry the commission percentage on the card itself. Coverage spans Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Mecca, Medina, Khobar and beyond, so the same listing surfaces to the right agents in the right city.
Docker Compose on my own server, with a separate admin panel stack alongside the public marketplace. Postgres and Redis run as their own containers, backed up on a schedule.
Live with over 200 verified realtors, 50+ developer projects, more than SAR 2M in commission paid out, and 13 cities covered.
